Terms & Conditions

1. Offers are valid only during the published offer period and while the offer is active on the BlissfullTreats website.
2. Only website products specifically included in an offer receive that offer price or discount.
3. Offer prices are calculated server-side at checkout. The checkout calculation is the final pricing authority.
4. Offers cannot be combined with coupon codes. If the cart contains an item on an active offer, a coupon cannot be applied to that order.
5. Ready-made Gift products sold through the website may receive an offer when they are explicitly included in that offer.
6. Custom, bulk or quotation-based gifting orders are separate from normal website checkout and are not eligible for website offers, coupons, referral rewards or loyalty rewards.
7. Offers are subject to product availability and stock.
8. Where multiple promotional rules appear to overlap, the active offer attached to the website product is applied according to the BFT offer engine.
9. Offer discounts apply to product pricing. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated separately according to the checkout rules.
10. BFT may pause, end or modify an offer prospectively. A completed paid order retains the pricing captured in its order snapshot.
11. If an order containing an offer item is cancelled or refunded, the applicable amount is determined from the final paid order snapshot and the applicable refund/replacement policy.
